CANCELLATIONS
At Prep + Prime Beauty, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. We will be happy to apply it to your next appointment if it is booked within the next 5 business days. But we cannot Guarantee there will be an available appointment.
Appointments that are canceled less then 24 hours without rescheduling will be charged 50% of the service. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
RUNNING LATE?
We get it! your morning can be hectic! in Spokane, road work is a constant, or maybe the harsh winters killed your car's battery! If you show up 15 min or more late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. So as soon as you know you might be late, please reach out to us and we can try to work something out. Be in touch to find out more.
